Laurence’s background is in graphic design and packaging in which he has a BA. He then moved on to photography which eventually led him to computer graphics and animation. In London he has worked with the likes of The Mill, Framestore, Red and English & Pockett (with whom he worked on a rebrand of Deutsche Welle as well as the UEFA European Cup). His animation skills have also been utilised on a large number of pop promos including acts such as Kylie Minogue and U2. Locally he was worked as an animator on projects as diverse asSuperman Returns, Charlotte’s Web, The Ruins, Telstra, Yellowglen and Tattslotto.
In 2011 Laurence moved back to the UK where he lives in Brighton and operates under the name “Pork Pie Animation”.
